Suite Dreams BI requires a 50% deposit to hold a reservation. Cancellations less than a week before a reservation will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations more than 1 week before a reservation will only be refunded if the Suite is rented for the period originally reserved(less a $25 service fee). Any days not rebooked are the responsibility of the guest making the original reservation. Should early checkout become necessary for any reason, said guest(s) are still responsible for the full reservation-used and unused portions.
